Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Exploit bugs, glitches, or other game mechanics in unintended ways.
Harass, threaten, or defame other players or staff.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Purchases and Shipping
All physical products, including trading cards, booster packs, and merchandise, are subject to availability. Once purchased, items are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Shipping times and costs vary based on location, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
7. Product Condition and Authenticity
We take great care to ensure the quality and authenticity of all products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Counterfeit or tampered cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
8. Community Participation
We value community feedback, especially during the Alpha phase. By providing suggestions, playtesting feedback, or other input, you grant us permission to use your feedback to improve the game without compensation or acknowledgment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our Services, you agree to the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
• Damages or losses caused by the use of our products or services.
• Delays in shipping or product unavailability.
• Any changes to game mechanics, card designs, or product features during the Alpha phase.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Husum, Nordfriesland, Germany.
